How does it work?

SnapX is designed to make your life easier. The application is easy to configure and easy to use.

1. Entering the document

Take a picture of an invoice or upload a PDF file containing an invoice.

2. Converting the document into digital information

Once the document is uploaded on the website or mobile application, SnapX gets to work. The data are generally digitized automatically and processed by the algorithm in less than 30 minutes.

3. Send to the accounting software

Once the invoice processing is finished, you review and approve the information via the web application. In a single click, the data and supporting documentation are sent to your accounting system.
